Service Description

Engage in your own personal process of discovery and awakening through the guided exploration of expanded awareness. Supported by an experienced Monroe Trainer and the transformative audio technology of Hemi-Sync® you will engage in a journey of self discovery, awakening through guided exploration of expanded awareness. As you journey easily into expanded states of consciousness you will:  Flow with and learn to access a deeply peaceful state.  Connect with untapped inner guidance.  Heighten your awareness as you communicate with your true essence.  Create positive movement in your life as you gain clarity on your unique life purpose.  Learn to achieve these expanded states in your everyday life maximizing the benefits. How it works There are 4 guided exercises and a 3 step process: 1. You will receive clear directions before each exercise. 2. You will then make yourself comfortable on the provided airbed with your wired over-the-ear headphones (which you will provide, as well as pillows and under and over covers). 3. After each exercise you will have time to journal, then we gather as a group to share and discus experiences. The group energy and sharing is an important feature of our work together. You will then be prepared for the next exercise. This process will be repeated for each of the 4 exercises. Finally you will learn grounding exercises which you can use anytime. You will receive post-event guidance on how to maximize your benefits and continue your journey. Course Materials A details manual is included as well as the 8 hours of facilitated instruction and support. The fee does NOT include the audio exercises. Your Trainer will provide you with details on how to buy the exercises now available on downloadable album. Please provide: - Your own over–the-ear wired headphones (without microphone and nose cancelling) - Wear loose comfortable clothes - layering in best - Bring a sheet for the mattress, 2 x pillows and a warm blanket or duvet - Warm socks are recommended - Personal Water Bottle The body asleep / mind awake process used frequently leads to a drop in body temperature, therefore all the above are highly recommended even though they may seem unnecessary at the time. Breaks -Tea, coffee, water and light refreshments provided during breaks Lunch – Please provide your own light lunch
