Linda Leblanc
Residential and Outreach Trainer
Linda is a Canadian and a naturalized Cypriot, has been an Outreach Trainer since 2000, an Off-Campus Residential Trainer in Europe since 2010 and is a member of the Professional Division since 1997. She offers Hemi-Sync® workshops from her base in the Eastern Mediterranean island of Cyprus and has attended 13 residential programs at Monroe Institute® in Virginia.
In 1997, she completed the Summer Study Program at the Institute for Parapsychology (Rhine Research Center) and subsequently co-founded PSYCHOGNOSIA, a not-for-profit organization based in Cyprus, for the study and the dissemination of scientifically accurate information on the paranormal.
In 2006 she entered politics, making history in Cyprus as the first foreign-born person to be elected to a Town Council. She continues to pursue interests in philosophy, consciousness, the paranormal, including UFO phenomenon, sacred sites, ancient civilizations and sustainable community issues.
With her husband, Linda co-authored “Reincarnation Cards - Awakening Far Memory” (2007), a unique book and card set which combines ancient wisdom and quantum metaphysics to evoke glimpses into other incarnations.

Barbara Jones
Outreach Trainer
Barbara is British born and a resident of Cyprus, situated in the Eastern Mediterranean, since 1994. She holds an MA Ed (Inclusive Education/Special Needs), and has been enthusiastically engaged in the study and research of human potential for many years.
A long standing HeartMath Institute Mentor and Interventions Practitioner, Barbara, also integrates Positive Intelligence (PQ) methodology to deeply engaging the heart/brain connection for mental fitness and heart focused living.
Driven by a series of Near Death Experiences (NDE) and the life changing shifts these evoked, Barbara developed an interest in self healing becoming a Feldenkrais Practitioner in 1994. After an NDE in 1999, Barbara was drawn to the Monroe Institute. She attended her first program in September 2001.
Barbara has attended 11 programs at the Monroe Institute, Virginia and found each experience has supported and deepened the personal expansion she has sought. An Outreach Trainer since 2010, Barbara is currently a member of the Monroe Institute Outreach Leadership Council.
Barbara has presented at many international conferences and has run Monroe Institute Outreach Trainings in the Cyprus and Russia. She links the use of Hemi-Sync to everyday activities such as speaking and listening, learning, overcoming pain and trauma, personal growth and many more. Barbara gives regular talks and presentations and is always eager to work with educational faculties and institutions.
